1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or availing any services from Shabnam Tourism, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

Shabnam Tourism provides travel-related facilitation services including, but not limited to:

  • Air ticket booking (domestic & international)
  • Visa assistance
  • Travel planning and tour packages
  • Hotel bookings
  • Hajj & Umrah travel services
  • Bus or ground transport bookings (where applicable)

All services are provided as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

All bookings and services are governed by the respective terms and conditions of airlines, embassies, hotels, transport operators, and tour providers. Shabnam Tourism shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, service deficiencies, or changes caused by such third parties.

4. Accuracy of Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine personal information and documents. Shabnam Tourism shall not be liable for any loss, delay, rejection, or inconvenience arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Visa Services Disclaimer

Shabnam Tourism acts only as a facilitator for visa applications. Visa approval, delay, or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Shabnam Tourism does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.

6. Travel Documents & Identification

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, tickets, identity proofs, and any other required travel documents. Failure to present valid documents may result in denied boarding, denied check-in, or denied entry, for which Shabnam Tourism shall not be held liable.

7. Airline Check-In & Travel Guidelines

Customers are advised to confirm check-in timings directly with the airline. Generally:

  • Domestic flights: Check-in opens approximately 2 hours before departure
  • International flights: Check-in opens approximately 3 hours before departure

Customers must carry valid identification, passport, and age proof (including for infants) as required by airlines and authorities.

8. Hotel Check-In & Stay Conditions

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into a hotel.
  • Valid government-issued ID and address proof must be presented at check-in.
  • Check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policies.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
  • Hotels reserve the right to deny admission as per their policies, including restrictions on local residents or unmarried/unrelated couples.
  • Shabnam Tourism shall not be responsible for denial of check-in by hotels due to policy restrictions or insufficient documentation.

9. Hotel Services & Additional Charges

The booking amount paid covers only the confirmed accommodation and inclusions (if any). Any additional services such as meals, laundry, room service, internet, telephone, minibar, or other extras must be paid directly to the hotel.

Hotels may levy mandatory charges during festive or peak periods (e.g., New Year, religious holidays), which must be settled directly by the customer at the hotel.

10. Changes & Amendments

Travel schedules, itineraries, hotel accommodations, transport arrangements, or services may change due to operational, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances. Shabnam Tourism reserves the right to make necessary adjustments without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Shabnam Tourism shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by:

  • Airline, hotel, or transport provider actions
  • Schedule changes or cancellations
  • Loss or damage of baggage or personal belongings
  • Natural disasters, strikes, political events, or force majeure situations
  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

All content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of website content is strictly prohibited.

13. Modification of Terms

Shabnam Tourism reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
